Formación

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience (3–5 years).
• Strong analytical skills for financial and inventory analysis and sales data interpretation.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and social media trends.
• Proficiency with Excel, inventory management systems, and POS software.
• Willing to travel to any location in PA.
• Time commitment of 48–50 hours weekly, 5–6 days, including every other Saturday.
• Compensation: base salary of 70k per year.

Responsabilidades

• Learn Retail Business Operations across daily storefront, POS, customer relations, and online retail platforms.
• Assist in Procurement & Buying: sourcing, pricing, and purchasing high-quality flowers and retail goods.
• Coordinate Distribution Logistics: manage shipments and inventory to maintain freshness.
• Support Corporate functions: marketing campaigns, finance processes, HR activities, and production support.
