Qualifications

  • Internship, co-op, or early work experience in engineering or project delivery.
  • Foundational technical knowledge aligned to your field of study (engineering, project management, construction, or related disciplines).
  • Exposure to industry tools, systems, or software relevant to your discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Support project delivery across Engineering, Project Services, and Construction to meet requirements on time, budget, and quality.
  • Complete rotations across key functions, gaining practical experience through the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to build strong working relationships.
