Worley’s Graduate Development Rotational Program in the United States offers two years of hands-on experience across engineering and project delivery, project services, and construction. Participants rotate through office and field environments, gaining broader exposure and leadership development.

Under mentorship, graduates apply academic knowledge to real-world projects, develop technical and commercial skills, and build a foundation for a long-term career with Worley.

Qualifications

• Internship, co-op, or early work experience in engineering or project delivery.
• Foundational technical knowledge aligned to your field of study (engineering, project management, construction, or related disciplines).
• Exposure to industry tools, systems, or software relevant to your discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery across Engineering, Project Services, and Construction to meet requirements on time, budget, and quality.
• Complete rotations across key functions, gaining practical experience through the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to build strong working relationships.
