Job summary

Midwest Concrete Constructors (MCC) in St. Louis (Richmond Heights) is seeking a Concrete Project Manager to lead managerial and administrative aspects of concrete projects.

The role includes estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reporting, and coordination with the Concrete Superintendent to meet safety and schedule targets. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management with up to 3 years of PM experience, and familiarity with ground-up

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.
• 0–3 years PM experience with GC or concrete company preferred.
• Experience running ground-up projects; warehouse/distribution/manufacturing facilities preferred.
• Estimation experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a project including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation.
• Participate in meetings to review the scope of work and materials
• Oversee the buyout process for materials
• Coordinate with the Concrete Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule
• Conduct progress meetings with the construction team
• Remain cost conscious and aware of every aspect of the project at all times
• Ability to communicate effectively with everyone involved in the project
