Job summary

Midwest Concrete Constructors (MCC) in St. Louis, MO, is hiring an Entry Level Project Manager, Construction. The role oversees managerial and administrative aspects of projects, including estimating, scheduling, safety, and coordination with the Concrete Superintendent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 0-3 years project management experience with a general contractor or concrete company preferred but not required.
• Experience running ground-up projects; warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, cold storage, and/or lab/pharma facilities highly preferred.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Estimate, schedule, quality control, progress reports, and progress billing.
• Participate in meetings to review scope of work and materials.
• Oversee the buyout process for materials and coordinate with the Superintendent to ensure safety, quality, and schedule.
• Conduct progress meetings with the construction team and maintain cost awareness.
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
