Business Law Group, in downtown Colorado Springs, seeks a business litigation attorney to support our litigation chair. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience or experience as a law clerk.

You will conduct legal research, draft pleadings and settlement documents, manage disclosures and discovery, and represent clients in court or before government agencies. A JD and Colorado bar admission are required, with strong writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Colorado bar admission required.
• At least one year of experience or experience as a law clerk.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and manage initial disclosures and discovery.
• Draft, review, and negotiate settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
• Billable time tracking and related administrative tasks.
