Job summary

Badger Veterinary Hospital Cambridge is excited to launch the RISE Mentorship Program for new graduate DVMs/VMDs.

You’ll be paired with an on-site hospital mentor plus a national mentorship team, gaining hands-on experience and confidence in general practice, emergency, or mixed animal settings.

This full-time role offers a base salary of 100,000 to 125,000 USD, a generous sign-on bonus up to 35,000, relocation assistance, CE reimbursement, paid PTO, and professional memberships.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary:$100,000 - $125,000
• All offers include quarterly no negative accrual for new graduates
• Up to $35,000 new grad sign-on bonus

Pay Range

$100,000 — $125,000 USD
