Falls Road Animal Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, part of PetVet Care Centers, invites new graduate DVMs/VMDs to join the RISE Mentorship Program. This on-site program pairs you with experienced mentors to build confidence and clinical skills in a supportive, team-first environment.

The program offers full-time employment with gradual caseload independence, dual mentorship, hands-on case guidance, and a nationwide peer cohort, with flexible start dates and relocation assistance where needed.

Who We're Looking For:

• New DVM/VMD graduates seeking strong mentorship and support
• Veterinarians interested in General Practice, Emergency, or Mixed Animal Practice (based on location)
• Candidates passionate about high-quality medicine, teamwork, and continuous learning

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $110,000 - $130,000
• All offers include quarterly no negative accrual for new graduates
• Up to $35,000 new grad sign-on bonus
• Comprehensive benefits package, including paid parental leave

Pay Range

$110,000-$130,000 USD
