Compensation & Benefits

• All offers include quarterly no negative accrual for new graduates
• Up to $50,000 in signing bonuses for new grads:
  • Up to $35,000 new grad sign‑on bonus
  • Additional $15,000 for offers signed by May 31st

• We are a well‑established hospital offering a wide range of veterinary services to Carrollton and surrounding areas. Our 4‑doctor team is supported by an experienced staff that is happy to share their knowledge and expertise through supportive mentorships. We practice in a state‑of‑the‑art hospital featuring ultrasound, dental radiology, in‑house lab equipment, a partnership with Signal‑Pet radiology interpretation and ECG technology, dedicated surgical and dental suites, and much more. We encourage our doctors to broaden their skill set through case management, by having a collaborative approach, that also allows for better work‑life balance.

Pay Range

$110,000 - $110,000 USD
