Job summary
RadNet is seeking a Regional Manager of Clinical Applications - Radiologist Support to lead a nationwide team of Clinical Applications Specialists. You will oversee RIS/PACS workflows, coordinate radiologist support, and drive system enhancements in collaboration with IT Ops and Medical leadership.
Applicants should have a 10+ year background in RIS/PACS/Report Generation, a healthcare or IT degree, and strong communication skills to manage cross-functional projects and regional initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, clinical, life sciences, information technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of RIS/PACS/Report Generation experience.
- Proficient in total workflow review.
- Outstanding communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience leading a team through projects.
Responsibilities
- Coach, mentor, guide and support fellow Clinical Applications Specialists.
- Collaborate with IT Operations, Radiologist Leadership and partners on functional needs.
- Monitor, assist with, resolve or escalate issues related to Clinical Applications and Radiologist workflows.
- Coordinate new/refresher Rad Trainings.
- Coordinate regional coverage to ensure support availability in the region.
- Track problems and work towards their resolution.
- Lead direct projects in the region and participate in wider initiatives.
- Ensure service levels stay within the expected range.
- Maintain relationships with Medical Directors, Radiologists, and Radiology Managers.
- Advocate for radiologist-related system enhancements and collaborate with teams.
- Maintain Radiologist Support & Radlink Escalation Resource for IT Ops.
- Coordinate and maintain Rad Workflow testing for Clinical System Upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customers' complex technical problems.
