Job summary

RadNet is seeking an RIS Optimization Analyst to advance financial analytics and optimize radiology workflows. You will manage feature requests, test new software updates, and collaborate across IT, operations, and management to implement improvements.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and clear communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has SQL experience, strong Excel and Salesforce familiarity, and a proactive, independent work style in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• College education or work experience in a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must have SQL experience.
• Preferred experience in Salesforce.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be meticulous and self-motivated.
• Problem-solving skills are a must.
• Able to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making to achieve department and organizational objectives.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of feature requests for RadNet Operations.
• Stay informed about system developments and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with team to test and implement new features and bug fixes.
• Inform management about new features and training needs.
• Achieve proficiency in RadNet applications and resolve issues promptly.
• Document issues with IT and developers to mobilize solutions.
• Develop best practices for financial data reports and analytics.
• Analyze insurance and patient responsibility during accuracy checks.
• Provide support for software quality assurance and testing.
• Communicate effectively with personnel and stakeholders.
• Monitor RadNet applications and optimize performance.
