Qualifications

• Muss mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein und gute Kundenservicefähigkeiten haben.

Responsibilities

• Wartung des Erscheinungsbilds der Einrichtung und Durchführung von Reinigungsarbeiten.
• Patrouillieren der Eisfläche zur Gewährleistung der Sicherheit der Gäste.
• Verteilen und Sammeln von Eislaufschuhen; Wartung und Schärfung von Skates.

Job description

The Arena Rink Attendant will maintain a clean and safe environment for guests. They will maintain the arena's appearance to the general public, patrol the ice rink areas to assist patrons and prevent accidents and vandalism, maintain and distribute ice skates and be responsible for assisting the Arena Custodial Supervisor with various day to day tasks, as assigned.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain the overall appearance of the facility
• Complete routine cleaning of all public use areas
• Patrol ice surface to ensure proper traffic flow and safe skating
• Inspect ice surfaces for hazardous conditions; informs supervisor of conditions; place barriers around hazards
• Distribute and collect rental skates; maintain and sharpen skates
• Complete scheduled deep cleaning of specific areas of the facility
• Patrol building to prevent vandalism
• Actively seek out projects that will better City National Arena
• Assist with any building needs as dictated by the Director of Operations

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

• Frequently - cold temperatures
• Occasionally - temperature changes, wetness
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications:

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
• Must have good customer service skills
• Must be pleasant, energetic and self-motivated
• Must be able to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to make responsible decisions according to established procedures
• Basic skating skills are a plus, not a requirement
