• Experience collaborating with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, IT and Security.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mature enterprise RIM and information governance programs.
• Administer records retention schedules and disposition procedures.
• Establish policies for physical and electronic records management.
• Conduct inventories, classifications, and remediation of records.
• Identify ownership and stewardship across units.
• Support legal holds and litigation coordination.
• Monitor compliance with retention and governance standards.
• Lead training and awareness for records management.
