Job summary

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union in San Antonio, TX seeks a Branch Member Service Representative at the Rigsby branch to provide frontline service as a hybrid Teller/Personal Banker.

You'll handle transactions, assess fraud risk, and educate members on RBFCU products while pursuing growth and professional development through our Learning and Development program. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred and may qualify for a bilingual premium after certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Six months of work experience in financial services, customer service or sales preferred.
• Flexible Monday–Saturday schedule and ability to cover locations within the region.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and use basic office equipment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, professional service to members and prospective members across in-person, video, drive-thru and telephonic channels.
• Process a variety of transactions while maintaining cash control and compliance with policies.
• Engage with members through consultative, needs-based conversations to identify financial needs and suggest suitable products and services.
• Assist with opening, updating, and closing accounts and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Support sales culture and meet or exceed minimum sales goals while upholding branch standards.

Job Description and RequirementsThe RBFCU Branch Operations Team is seeking a full time Branch Member Service Representative in the Rigsby branch location starting at $20.00/hour!Bilingual in Spanish and English? Employees can earn an additional $2.00 per hour upon the successful completion of the RBFCU Bilingual Spanish/English certification.The Rigsby branch is located at: 2202 Semlinger Road, San Antonio, TX 78220As a Branch Member Service Representative (MSR) you will be the face of RBFCU, providing exceptional service to our members and prospective members in a role that combines both Teller and Personal Banker functions. You’ll engage with our members and prospective members to build relationships, utilize your problem-solving skills to identify needs, and educate them on products and services that will improve their financial well-being and quality of life. You’ll review deposit products for fraud and risk, while assessing each interaction for potential impersonation to mitigate fraud losses for the organization.
