Formación
- Equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree and one year of relevant professional experience.
- State of Missouri Real Estate Agent licensure.
- State of Missouri Real Estate Appraiser licensure.
Responsabilidades
- Review property acquisition appraisals prepared by external and internal appraisers.
- Conduct staff appraisals for land and easement acquisitions.
- Supervise negotiations, relocations, and closings for rights needed on improvement projects.
- Stay current with federal policies and regulations governing right‑of‑way acquisition and relocation.
- Consult with engineers, appraisers, attorneys, real estate representatives, government officials, and the public on land acquisition matters.
- Provide technical expertise to staff on appraisals, complex negotiations, and property acquisition processes.
- Oversee preparation of legal descriptions used in appraisals for land acquisitions.
- Serve in the Manager of Right‑of‑Way's absence.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
