Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IS/Engineering
• 15+ years delivering CTRM/ETRM solutions
• Experience in QA and validation of CTRM/ETRM solutions

Responsibilities

• Act as SME on the RightAngle platform and advise clients
• Design, configure, and test functional modules for implementation
• Document requirements, designs, test plans and deliverables
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop client-specific customizations
• Develop and support existing solutions, addressing bugs and enhancements
• Conduct testing and QA to validate functionality, performance and reliability
• Leverage knowledge of front/middle/back-office operations to meet client needs
• Ensure designs prioritize scalability, robustness and integration
• Follow best practices and document resolution workflows
• Mentor and guide junior team members
