Job summary

Hearns Real Estate Solutions, LLC is seeking a full-time, exempt Right of Way Agent to be based in Charlotte, NC, with options for surrounding field offices or remote work. The role supports relief and project teams through relocation, acquisition, and property management tasks, relying on a strong combination of analytical skills and attention to detail.

The Agent will counsel displacees, facilitate compliance with the Uniform Relocation Act, and collaborate with the PM, APM, and other project

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.
• Analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills are essential.
• Must be proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and SharePoint or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and advise displacees throughout the right-of-way lifecycle.
• Support PM/APM and project team in relocation, acquisition, or property management tasks.
• Possess expertise as Relocation, Acquisition, or Property Management specialist.
• Be flexible to office, field, or remote work and willing to travel.
