HF Sinclair is seeking a Right of Way Representative; this position is remote. In this role, you will acquire and maintain the necessary property rights for the installation, operation, and maintenance of HF Sinclair Midstream's pipeline assets. You will lead multiple projects or areas of projects, investigate and resolve disputes resulting from property trespass, encroachments, and damage claims, and ensure easement documents are properly captured in right of way database and other document systems.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant right of way and pipeline operations experience is required.
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
Preferred Education: A Bachelor's Degree in real estate, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, advanced computer skills, knowledge of right of way principles, legal document evaluation, and land-related research skills are essential.
Office and field work with up to 50% travel, including outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
