The City and County of Denver’s DOTI is seeking a Right-of-Way Enforcement (ROWE) Dispatcher to support public inquiries, coordinate ROWE activities, and ensure safe, compliant ROW operations. You will handle calls, document data, and use Salesforce, Workday, and Microsoft Office to keep information accurate.

In this position you can expect to work on site at the Wellington Webb Building (201 W. Colfax Ave., Denver 80202). This position is expected to work Monday – Friday, 11:30am – 8:00pm.

Denver's Right-of-Way Enforcement (ROWE) manages most activities in the City's right-of-way. ROWE is responsible for determining requirements for improvements in the public right-of-way, as well as reviewing plans for regulatory compliance, issuing permits, and inspecting work in the areas of transportation, wastewater, and survey.
