Job summary

The City and County of Denver’s DOTI is seeking a Right-of-Way Enforcement (ROWE) Dispatcher to support public inquiries, coordinate ROWE activities, and ensure safe, compliant ROW operations. You will handle calls, document data, and use Salesforce, Workday, and Microsoft Office to keep information accurate.

This full-time, on-site role offers a stable schedule (Mon–Fri, 11:30am–8:00pm) at the Wellington Webb Building with competitive benefits and pension eligibility after vesting.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: Graduation from high school or possession of a GED, HiSET or TASC Certificate.
• Experience Requirement: Three (3) years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
• Education/Experience Equivalency: Additional appropriate education may be substituted for the minimum experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Interact with the public and provide courteous and calm customer service with extensive training to succeed.
• Triage and field calls via phone and radio to support ROWE Agents, handle inquiries/complaints.
• Deescalate unsatisfied customers while ensuring ROW operations remain safe for Denver citizens.
