DCS Asset Maintenance, a division of DeAngelo Contracting Services, seeks an Area Manager to ensure contract requirements and performance outcomes are met along the right-of-way corridor. The role entails overseeing daily contractor activities and maintaining a constant field presence.

You will report deficiencies, coordinate with TDOT personnel to plan daily work, and lead a supervision team. Required trainings must be completed within one month of starting.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of clean driving history.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of highway maintenance or construction supervision/crew lead experience.
• Willing to complete TDOT/NIMS/SHRP2 trainings within 1 month of assuming this role.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily contractor activities on the right-of-way corridor.
• Maintain a consistent daily presence along the corridor.
• Report deficiencies for repair or replacement.
• Communicate with Department designated personnel to plan and accomplish daily work.
