ERM is seeking a Right-of-Way Agent in Central and Northern New Jersey to manage land rights and title reviews for electric and gas infrastructure projects. The role is full-time, remote/hybrid with local travel across the state for 12 months.

ERM is hiring a Right-of-Way Agent in Central and Northern NJ area. The Right of Way Agent will be responsible for the acquisition of landreview of Title and land rights, licenses, leases, permits and other documents in connection with the construction, operation and maintenance of electric and gas infrastructure. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), limited-term remote/hybrid role with local travel to and from identified sites throughout the state as required for a duration of 12 months.
For the ROW Agen t position, theanticipatedannual base pay is $88,240 – $104,577 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay subject to the sole discretion of ERM and its policies and procedures (casual and fixed term/flex force employees arenot bonuseligible).
