The ideal candidate will have a strong crop production background, equipment experience, and a proactive attitude, with room to grow into a larger leadership role on a growing farm operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily crop production operations.
• Operate and maintain modern farm equipment.
• Support planting, spraying, harvesting, and hauling.
• Help coordinate custom harvesting crews and schedules.
• Assist with maintenance planning and equipment readiness.
• Support feedlot operations if brought back into use.
