Job summary

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a Farm Equipment Operator for a progressive Missouri row crop operation. This role offers involvement in all phases of crop production on a large, dryland corn and soybean farm, with emphasis on operating modern equipment and precision agriculture knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have planting through harvest experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to perform routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in row crop production with large, modern equipment.
• Understanding of precision ag technology including GPS and field mapping.
• Mechanically inclined with ability to perform maintenance and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment during planting and harvest on a larger dryland corn and soybean farm.
• Assist with routine equipment maintenance and repairs in the off-season.
• Tillage work, hauling grain, and general shop duties as needed.
• Possess grain handling experience including drying and storage is a plus.
• Climb grain bins when required and work well as part of a team.
