This is a hands-on leadership role working directly alongside ownership to help manage and grow a well-established private farm and harvesting business.**Operation Overview**This family-run operation consists of approximately 1,300-1,400 acres of crop production along with a custom harvesting business covering 4,000-5,000 acres annually. The farm raises corn and forage crops and also operates a small feedlot (currently leased but could be brought back into use). The business is at a growth point and looking to bring on a strong right-hand individual to help improve efficiency, assist with planning, and support continued expansion. **Position Summary**This role is designed as a **working Assistant Farm Manager** who will be actively involved in day-to-day field operations while also assisting ownership with organization, planning, and execution of the farm's production and custom harvest activities.
