Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred in Education/Training/HR/Industrial Education.
• Five years of experience in rigger, machinery mover, or related role.
• Familiar with DOT regulations and CDL training requirements.
• Experience delivering training programs and maintaining records.
• Proficient with MS Office and Windows operating system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee apprenticeship training and mentor pairing; monitor on-the-job training activities.
• Manage regional training projects and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Oversee skill development for legacy and incumbent staff; evaluate entry candidates.
• Develop training materials and deliver training to individuals or groups.
• Maintain training records compliant with audits and reports on progress.
