Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 10+ years of construction site experience on large industrial or mission-critical facilities.
• 10+ years as rigging foreman/superintendent or lift supervisor.
• Knowledge of rigging methods, equipment, and heavy lift planning.
• Ability to read lift plans, drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of OSHA regs and site safety requirements.
• Experience coordinating with crane vendors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily planning, coordination, and execution of rigging activities at the project site.
• Ensure correct lifting equipment, materials and skilled personnel are available for safe work.
• Protect team safety, health and environment through decisive action.
• Mentor rigging crews, foremen, and craft professionals.
• Foster safety culture and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with crane vendors, engineering teams, construction management and client stakeholders.
• Manage daily scheduling, workforce, and client relationships.
