Qualifications

• At least 10 years of construction site experience, preferably on large projects.
• 10 years as a rigging foreman or similar role overseeing rigging operations.
• Experience executing critical lifts in schedule-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of rigging activities at the project site.
• Mentor rigging crews and promote safety and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with crane vendors and client stakeholders.
