Job summary

Guy M. Turner, Inc. is seeking dependable individuals for Industrial Laborer / Rigger positions. The role involves physically demanding work in both indoor and outdoor environments to support the movement of heavy equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities include setup, rigging, relocation of equipment, operating forklifts and aerial lifts, and collaborating with the crew to complete projects safely. A valid drivers license is required, and travel to job sites may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Must currently hold a valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to regularly lift up and carry up to 75 lbs. without assistance and frequently during the work shift.
• Ability to work in tight places, climb ladders, scaffolding, and work in a variety of outdoor conditions.
• Familiarity with operating forklifts, aerial lifts, and other job-related equipment (preferred, but not required).
• Must be available for out of town travel to our job sites as needed.
• Working schedules may include days, evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Working in both inside and outside environments to provide support in moving heavy equipment and machinery
• Assisting with the setup, rigging, and relocation of industrial equipment
• Operating fork trucks, scissor lifts, and man lifts
• Performing tasks in varied weather conditions and job site environments
• Comfortable working at elevated heights and in confined spaces
• Collaborating with crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently
