Tri-State Rigging, LLC is seeking a dependable Rigger to join our team. You will assist with safe lifting, moving, positioning, and securing heavy equipment at industrial and construction sites.

Qualifications

• Previous rigging experience in industrial, construction, or heavy-equipment environments.
• Experience in the general construction field, especially involving heavy equipment.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical work in outdoor environments.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely signal and communicate with crane operators and other team members during lifting operations.
• Attach, secure, and inspect rigging equipment including slings, cables, chains, hooks, and lifting devices.
• Select appropriate rigging gear based on load weight, size, and lifting requirements.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment at project sites.
• Guide, position, and maneuver suspended loads safely around obstacles and into designated locations.
• Install and remove rigging equipment, hoists, pulleys, and support structures.
• Inspect rigging equipment before use and report any defects or safety concerns.

We are seeking a dependable Rigger to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience with rigging operations, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work as a team.

Rigging experience and OSHA knowledge is preferred, but training will be provided to motivated candidates with relevant work history.
