Guy M. Turner is seeking an experienced, hands-on Rigging Foreman to lead crews performing heavy rigging, lifting, moving, and setting large electrical transformers and related equipment for electric power companies.
This is an outdoor, field-based position working primarily at electrical substations and other utility project sites. We are looking for a working foreman who can lead a crew while actively participating in rigging operations.

- Work with power company representatives, crane operators, and transportation crews to coordinate job-site activities.
- Review lift plans, determine rigging requirements, and ensure equipment is handled safely.
- Inspect rigging gear, lifting equipment, and job-site conditions before beginning work.
- Assign daily responsibilities and provide hands‑on direction to crew members.
- Complete basic job paperwork and communicate project progress.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and travel to utility project sites as needed.
