Edwards Moving & Rigging is seeking a skilled Rigging Foreman to manage field operations, lead onsite crews, and handle equipment logistics. You will be the primary contact for clients, ensuring projects are executed safely and to our high standards, reporting to the Project Superintendent to maintain operational excellence.

The role requires travel, strong leadership, and a focus on safety certification and regulatory compliance.

• Organize daily tasks and delegate responsibilities to crew members to maximize productivity and ensure projects finish on schedule.
• Uphold company policies and safety protocols to help maintain a secure working environment for the entire team.
• Analyze project scopes to determine specific requirements and build comprehensive work timelines.
• Oversee the daily execution of project operations and manage the project scope.
• Collaborate with clients and internal staff to organize scheduling and facilitate the movement of necessary equipment.
• Determine the specific machinery needed for each job and work with dispatch to ensure timely arrival at the site.
• Foster strong relationships between the office and our clients to ensure projects are planned and completed effectively.
• Take responsibility for safety compliance, including performing Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and meeting all industry-mandated training standards.

Requirements

• This role requires a significant amount of travel.
• Prior knowledge or hands-on experience with strand jacks, gantry systems, jack-and-slide setups, or unified jacking systems is preferred.
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills to foster positive collaboration with both clients and team members.
• Maintain fluency in English to ensure you can successfully complete safety certifications and gain entry into restricted areas like nuclear facilities.
• Possess a clean criminal background and be prepared to participate in recurring, random substance screening.

Physical Requirements and Work Setting

• Tasks are conducted in outdoor settings where you will be exposed to various weather conditions.
• You must be capable of performing repetitive lifting of loads up to 50 lbs.
