Job summary

TransPak in Round Rock, TX is seeking an experienced Rigger to support rigging operations on customer sites. The role requires inspecting and securing rigging equipment, attaching/detaching loads, and safety compliance in collaboration with field staff.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of rigging experience, a valid driver’s license, and bilingual English/Spanish. This position offers weekend overtime as needed and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of rigging experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and secure rigging equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
• Attach and detach loads with all safety rules and regulations.
• Communicate and work cooperatively with all job site personnel.
• Maneuver loads safely through difficult and confined spaces.
• Work collaboratively with other Riggers on the job site.
• Prepare reports and escalate concerns to management as needed.
