Job summary

Trillium Construction is seeking experienced Machinery Movers/NCCER Riggers in Monahans, TX to assist with rigging, crane setup and lift operations.

Pay is $34 per hour with a $200 per diem, 75–80 hours per week, and a rotating schedule including every 4th Sunday fatigue day. Start date 09/23/2026 with potential extension through 12/29/2026.

Qualifications

• NCCER Advanced Rigging or NCCCO Level II certification required.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and prepare rigging equipment such as slings, shackles, chains, hooks, and pulleys.
• Signal or direct crane and equipment to be placed in set locations.
• Perform pre-lift checks and participate in lift-planning meetings.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and properly store rigging equipment.

Key Responsibilities (NCCER Riggers/Machinery Movers)

• Inspect and prepare rigging equipment such as slings, shackles, chains, hooks, and pulleys
• Signal or direct crane and equipment to be place in set locations
• Perform pre-lift checks and participate in lift-planning meetings
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and properly store rigging equipment

Pay: $34/hr.
Per Diem: $200/ day – paid 7
Schedule: Mon - Sunday, 75 - 80hrs./ week (Every 4th Sunday is a Fatigue Day)
Start Date 09/23/2026 – December 29th, possibly longer

Qualifications

• -Reliable Transportation
• -NCCER Advanced Rigging or NCCCO Level II certification (for Riggers)
• -OSHA 10 required
