Qualifications

• Skilled in both written and verbal communication.
• Complete all Safety and general job training as required by SIC.
• Observe SIC and Customer safety and quality processes and procedures at all times.

Responsibilities

• Select and attach cables, ropes, pulleys, and winches according to load specifications.
• Coordinate crane operations through clear hand signals or audio communications.
• Perform regular equipment checks to ensure operational safety.
