Job summary

A mechanical and electrical construction firm is seeking Rigger Helpers for a project in Wilson, NC. Candidates will assist with the positioning of rigging equipment and must be skilled in communication and safety protocols. This position requires physical strength and the ability to work in various conditions, including heights and confined spaces. Qualifications

• Complete all Safety and general job training as required by the company.
• Observe safety and quality processes and procedures at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the positioning of rigging equipment as directed.
• Select appropriate cables and equipment based on load.
• Inspect work sites for obstructions.
• Give verbal and hand signals as directed.
• Plan installation sequences to avoid obstructions.
• Secure materials and equipment for transport.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
