POSITION SUMMARY:

The Rigger uses mechanical and power tools to install and connect motors and accessories on boats or ATVs according to factory specifications or work orders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service, ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience.
• Rigs boat packages per factory specifications and work orders.
• Notifies the Service Manager of any issues with the received units, safety concerns, or customer requests that may not be feasible.
• Maintains efficiency to meet service schedules.
• Prepares motors or trailers for delivery.
• Tests units for proper and safe operation following marine service procedures.
• Follows work order procedures for parts, labor, and paperwork, and handles requests outside standard procedures.
• Compiles warranty packages and completes rigging checklists, assisting with inspections.
• Installs optional equipment or accessories per customer requests.
• Maintains a clean and professional work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
