Job summary

Ashley Sling, a division of American Equipment Holdings, is seeking a Rigger Fabricator to produce assemblies used across manufacturing. You'll learn to identify diameters, constructions, and applications for lifting products used in construction, energy, mining, crane operation, space, and more.

You will work with experienced staff to fabricate slings, wire ropes, hoists, and related components, interpret drawings, inspect products, maintain tools, manage inventory, and follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fabricating and distributing lifting and rigging equipment.
• Expertise in slings, wire rope, lifting devices, and rigging hardware.
• Strong understanding of materials and industry standards; capable of safe operation.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble lifting and rigging products including slings, wire ropes, and hardware.
• Interpret drawings and customer specs to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Inspect finished products for conformance to specifications and quality.
• Maintain and repair fabricating equipment; manage inventory levels.
• Review drawings, capacity tables, and ensure proper tagging and labeling.
