Job summary

TNT Crane & Rigging, Inc. is hiring a full-time Rigger Driver in Midland, TX. You will assist the crane operator, perform rigging, and ensure safe lifting of loads while complying with state and federal laws.

You will drive, inspect, and maintain equipment, and coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth job execution. Qualified candidates have a HS diploma, 1–3 years of heavy haul and rigging experience, and a valid CDL Class A license.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of heavy haul experience.
• Must have a current state issued CDL Class A Driver’s License.
• 1-3 years of rigging and commercial driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the crane operator in the proper set-up of the equipment.
• Assist the crane operator in the maintenance of the crane and accessory equipment.
• Understand and perform proper rigging techniques for safe lifting.
• Use proper hand signals during crane operations.
• Secure equipment to the trailer before operating the truck.
• Complete truck inspections and report any issues to supervision.
• Monitor inventory of chains, boomer, and straps; report missing equipment.
• Document and submit maintenance and repair records for equipment.
