The trainer develops and updates curriculum, supports competency documentation, and coordinates travel for assignments across sites, while maintaining strict safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years as a Driller or 2 years as a Technical Trainer in drilling.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication with employees and management.
• Able to wear respirators and comply with safety/environmental regulations.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Provide simulator-based drilling trainer sessions and update curricula.
• Maintain training materials reflecting industry changes.
• Ensure trainees are competent through hands-on training and assessments.
• Document competencies for training records and reporting to District Trainer.
• Coordinate travel and scheduling for training across sites.
• Ensure safety procedures and emergency response familiarity.
