Job summary

Gunwerks in Cody, Wyoming is seeking a Rifle Assembly Technician to assemble rifles according to manufacturing orders, inspect for defects, and follow all work instructions with meticulous quality control.

You will perform function tests, make adjustments per testing guidelines, monitor inventory, report discrepancies, and assist in other assembly areas as needed, including customer service and small part assembly.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a similar field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to follow work instructions precisely.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Rifle Assembly Technician:

• Rifle Assembly: Utilize Manufacturing orders, inspect products for defects, and follow all work instructions.
• Function Testing: Perform function tests, make adjustments according to guidelines, and follow testing/documentation procedures.
• Miscellaneous Tasks: Monitor inventory, report discrepancies, and assist in other assembly areas as needed (e.g., customer service, bipod and small part assembly).

Skills and Experience You’ll Need as a Rifle Assembly Technician:

• Competency in using required tools and measuring devices
