Responsibilities

• Thoroughly inspect all materials for defects and verify accurate lot and part numbers before use.
• Set up and operate Dillon presses, single stage equipment, and other relevant tools.
• Adhere to documented work instructions.
• Notify the manager of discrepancies promptly.
• Perform in-process quality checks as outlined in work instructions.
• Report any non-conforming materials.
• Conduct shooting tests to verify LOT to LOT velocity tolerances.
• Execute final inspections.
• Inspect packaging material during packaging, discard non-conforming materials.
• Record material consumption when closing MOs.
• Verify correctness of lot numbers and labeling.
• Maintain a clean and presentable workstation daily.
• Ensure equipment is serviced and maintained.
• Achieve daily throughput goals as determined by the lead.
