Job summary

Whip, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Associate to help manage our rideshare vehicle fleet and keep drivers on the road. This hands-on role supports day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain vehicle readiness, coordinate logistics, and ensure cars are clean, well-maintained, and ready for drivers, keeping everything organized and efficient. The ideal candidate is passionate about cars, detail-oriented, proactive, and communicates well with drivers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience with vehicles or fleet operations preferred.
• Attention to schedules, paperwork, and vehicle conditions.
• Hands-on and proactive with a can-do attitude.
• Strong communication with drivers, mechanics and management.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Management – assist with check-ins, inspections, and readiness.
• Basic Maintenance & Upkeep – routine vehicle checks and cleaning.
• Inventory & Documentation – track vehicle availability and maintenance.
• Fleet Coordination – collaborate with service and operations to optimize fleet.
