Alto is hiring drivers for immediate starts in San Francisco. Drive a company-provided luxury SUV as a W-2 employee and complete passenger trips on the Uber app, with a guaranteed hourly wage, tips, and employee benefits.
Pay starts at $20.50 per hour with raises after about a month, weekly performance bonuses, and the option for On-Demand Pay. Earn a $1,000 bonus after 25 shifts and keep 100% of your tips.
Qualifications
- Eligible to drive on the Uber app (no suspensions).
- Age 25 years or older.
- CA driver's license with at least 1 year of US driving experience.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Fluent in English.
