Responsibilities

• Guide customers to the right motorcycle or powersports vehicle through strong listening and expert product knowledge.
• Present model options, features, and value-added products and services.
• Manage sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain current knowledge of inventory, financing, and promotions.
• Handle phone and internet leads professionally and promptly.
• Enter and manage customer and appointment data in dealership systems.
• Close deals ethically, clearly, and confidently.
• Attend required meetings, training, and product education.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
