Job summary

Specialized in San Dimas, CA is seeking a Service Technician to be on the front line with riders, providing technical service and expert guidance to keep them riding longer and better.

You will work with staff and local riders, helping identify needs, perform tune-ups, and assist with bike sales when needed. Strong communication and bike-mechanic skills are essential for excellent rider experiences.

Qualifications

• Bike shop experience preferred.
• Excellent communication with riders and team members.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and connect with riders, ask qualifying questions, and offer options from service menu.
• Explain technical matters clearly as they relate to bicycles.
• Assist customers in selecting products and services without bias.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of merchandise to provide accurate information.
• Assist with bike sales with technical consulting and other bike floor duties.
• Deliver best-in-class rider service to ensure satisfaction and repeat visits.
