Job summary

Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation is seeking a Guest Services/Ride Operator to deliver safe, friendly experiences at Wild Adventures. You will operate assigned ride(s) daily, follow all policies, and interact positively with guests.

You must be at least 16, read, write and speak English, and complete ride certification. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and creating memories worth repeating for our guests.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Read, write, and speak English.
• Ride certification completion required.

Responsibilities

• Operates assigned ride(s) in a safe, efficient manner according to policies.
• Enforces park, ride, and safety standards and procedures.
• Completes department paperwork accurately and thoroughly.
• Maintains excellent guest service and resolves guest questions positively.
• Represents the company to guests and team members in a positive manner.
• Must be able and willing to ride attractions daily.
• Exceeds guest expectations and creates memorable experiences.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job description

Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Operates assigned ride(s) in a safe, efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Knows, follows, and enforces all check 5 standards
• Enforces and adheres to all park, ride, and safety policies and procedures
• Completes all applicable department paperwork accurately and thoroughly
• Maintains excellent Guest Service and ensures guest relation problems are handled appropriately including directing, answering questions and interacting positively
• Must be able and willing to ride attractions daily
• Represents the company to guests and other team members in a positive and friendly manner
• Satisfies Wild Adventure's standards for performance and conduct. For example, reports to work regularly and on time
• "Create Memories Worth Repeating" for our Guests by exceeding guest expectations
• Perform other duties as assigned
