Kelly Services in Rincon, GA is hiring 10 immediate EPJ Operator / Warehouse Order Selector positions for peak pay of $22.50/hr through year-end. Overtime is $33.75/hr; after peak, base is $19.50/hr starting January. Shift is Mon-Fri 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with potential early starts and Saturday work during surges.

Onboarding is rapid with on-site driving assessments Monday–Wednesday and orientation Thursday morning. Must pass on-site tests and lift up to 50 lbs. High school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Ride-On EPJ experience within the past 12 months (minimum 6 months).
• Pass an on-site driving, steering, and stopping assessment.
• Stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs for 8–12 hour shifts.
• Reliable with consistent on-time arrival and dependable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate ride-on electric pallet jacks safely through warehouse aisles.
• Select, scan, stack, and shrink-wrap orders per pick sheets.
• Stage pallets in shipping lanes and load/unload trailers.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory movement, bin locations, and piece counts.
• Perform daily OSHA pre-trip vehicle inspections and report hazards.
