Waymo LLC in the United Kingdom seeks a Supply Operations Manager to lead partner operations and balance supply and demand for our autonomous ride-hailing service. This hybrid role reports to the Country Lead within the European Market Operations Team.

You will drive strategic leadership, monitor KPIs, and implement proactive strategies to balance demand, optimize costs, and ensure regulatory compliance while advancing market expansion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations management, preferably in fleet, transportation or logistics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 6+ years of related experience.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while driving decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with data-driven mindset.
• Strong presentation and collaboration skills across teams.
