Job summary

Lake Winnepesaukah Amusements Inc is seeking a Ride Operator to safely operate rides they have been trained on, following park policy.

You will report 30 minutes before opening in proper uniform, inspect rides, ensure guests meet height and ticket requirements, and help with daily pre-opening inspections. The role requires standing outdoors for long periods and clear communication with guests and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Attending high school.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Willingness to learn safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Report to work 30 minutes before park opens in correct uniform and properly groomed.
• Display a positive, cooperative attitude toward coworkers and guests.
• Only operate rides you have been trained to operate.
• Thoroughly inspect a ride and run a full unloaded cycle before accepting passengers.
• Follow all height regulations and check guest heights.
• Ensure all guests riding have hand stamps, armbands or the correct number of tickets.
• Assist in daily pre-opening inspection of your ride.
• Help maintain accurate ride inspection records as instructed.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Performs other related duties as required.
