Job summary

The Dollywood Company is seeking a Ride Maintenance Electrical Technician to install, inspect, and repair ride electrical components across properties. You will troubleshoot electromechanical systems and ensure safety standards while documenting maintenance and updates.

Candidates should have strong knowledge of PLCs, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and reputable experience with Rockwell, Pilz, and Siemens equipment. Must meet physical requirements and uphold Dollywood’s safety culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• AA degree or technical school preferred.
• 5+ years combined education/work in electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and repair ride electrical systems per standards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic subsystems.
• Document check-outs, preventive maintenance and updates.
• Diagnose failures using schematics, PLCs, and test equipment.
• Maintain logs and ride safety compliance.
